WORK-LIFE FLEXIBILITY COACHING PROCESS

Assess:

Determine your specific flexibility needs and how, when, where and how much you want to work at this time. Identify challenges and clarify the type of work flexibility that is best for your situation, your manager and the business.

Plan:

Design an appropriate WLF plan. Consider the ‘what ifs’ in order to address your work and personal requirements. Make it sellable to your management.

Communicate:

Prepare for the conversation(s).  Present your plan to key stakeholders. Prepare to negotiate.

Implement:

Position your WLF plan as a pilot situation that can be modified as needed.

Evaluate:

Determine what’s working or not working for you, your manager and other stakeholders and what to do about it.
